Observed in PHP 5.3.19
JSON implements data types that include NULL, TRUE, FALSE, INT and FLOAT. It appears that these
types are not implemented in SimpleXML. The JSON_Decode() function returns an object instance of
stdClass which supports these data types. However objects of SimpleXMLElement do not.
The effect of this difference is that you cannot necessarily use a conversion of a stdClass object
into a SimpleXMLElement, and so the AsXML() method is out of play.
