I am using consume as per one of the examples
...
function processMessage($envelope, $queue) {
return FALSE/TRUE;
}
// Consume messages on queue
$queue->consume("processMessage");
I am running the script on commandline: $ php5 process.php
but after consuming the initial messages(say there were 5 messages in the queue) when I add more
with another script, it wont process them. I have to stop an run the process.php to get the new
messages. I thought this function was to consume messages forever unless there is an error in which
case the processMessage above returns a FALSE. What could be the reason of this behaviour?
Also my queue arguments are:
$queue->setArguments(array('durable'=>True,'auto_delete'=>False));
and I ack all the messages I process succesful. Thank you all
