note 111040 added to mongo.security

I work with PHP for years. But I am very frustrated that PHP sucks so much :( , and other programmers (Java, C#, Python) point to PHP's spikes so often and there are no arguments to respond - I believe you know all that stuff... PHP should be better, much better. JIT compiler will help PHP to attract many customers/developers from enterprise (even JS and Python already have it).
