After to set session path to your own path, you could delete the session files the following way:
//in a php file read it frequently

session_save_path("sesion_capet");session_start();
//nuestro propio garbage collector
echo exec("cd sesion_capet/;find -cmin +40 -delete");
//sesiones mayores a 40 min son borradas
?>
