Note that isset() doesnt recognize $_FILES - Arrays.. additionally, i think it doesnt recognize
Arrays in general at all (untested, but logical)!
Checking $_FILES will always result in Boolean FALSE i think, at least it caused my Script to
calculate false Positives / Negatives... Solution: Use empty() or !empty() :-)
