note 16278 added to function.ocilogon

If you are getting any of the following errors intermittently with OCILogon or OCIParse then make absolutely sure you that are using the third (db) paramater with OCILogon!! Warning: OCISessionBegin: ORA-12612: Message 12612 not found; product=RDBMS; facility=ORA in /var/www/html/script.inc on line 9 Warning: Supplied argument is not a valid OCI8-Connection resource in /var/www/html/script.inc on line 12 Warning: Supplied argument is not a valid OCI8-Connection resource in /var/www/html/script.inc on line 25 We were getting these errors every 5-10 page hits. The other symptom that we had was 'hanging' or 'sticky' pages that would take ages to load.
