note 111199 added to function.mail

Its an odd one.. If the recipients are all on Gmail / Google Apps, then not all of the email is received when mail() is used in a foreach loop. It isn't an error with php, our mail server log says they have been sent. Tried it with Yahoo accounts and they all received their email.
