note 16290 added to function.imagecreatefromstring

I had lots, and I mean LOTS of problems using ImageCreateFromString, when the string was a GIF89a. The gd library was patched with the patch found on: www.webofsin.com/gd-1.8.3-gif.patch. The apache process analizing the GIF file went through the roof (memory-wise) everytime I tryied accessing the script, and not once did the server crash because of it! So don't use it, just transform the image with an external utility like 'convert' before analyzing it!
