In FreeBSD 8 if you use shebang with 'env' and want to set some php options, you need use
'-S' flag of 'env' to make it work:
#!/usr/bin/env -S php -d memory_limit=64M
<?php echo ini_get('memory_limit'), PHP_EOL; ?>
