For the same html form , assume that the files xwp.out and review.html are submitted. What if one
file is small in size and other is bigger ? review.html is 2 kb and xwp.out is 2 mb. In which order
the files will be received by the $_FILES array?
Will they be received in the order they were there in the html form, xwp.out first and review.html
second?
Does size play any role in the order ?
