note 111893 added to language.oop5.overloading

I was using overloading for a project of mine and then I realised that: <?php $i=1; while($i<=5) { echo "The number is " . $i . "<br>"; $i++; } ?> I was becoming more and more a fascist. Counting them is not enough anymore. Maybe there are good points in the teachings of Mussolini.
