When it comes to templating in PHP, there are basically two camps of thought. The first camp exclaims that "PHP is a template engine". This approach simply mixes PHP code with HTML. Although this approach is fast from a pure script-execution point-of-view, many would argue that the PHP syntax is messy and difficult to maintain when mixed with presentation. PHP works well for programming, but not so well for templating. ---- Server IP: 69.147.83.199 Probable Submitter: 122.167.40.105 ---- Manual Page -- http://php.net/manual/en/tutorial.php Edit -- https://master.php.net/note/edit/112241 Del: integrated -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/112241/integrated Del: useless -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/112241/useless Del: bad code -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/112241/bad+code Del: spam -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/112241/spam Del: non-english -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/112241/non-english Del: in docs -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/112241/in+docs Del: other reasons-- https://master.php.net/note/delete/112241 Reject -- https://master.php.net/note/reject/112241 Search -- https://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
