What can I do if I want to use "mkdir()" funkction in my php files but system says -
"I haven't Permissions" because I am not webmaster but a simpe user with my
/~user/file.php.
When I am using MkDir, the web server is trying to create directory with web's default username
and graupname (nobody or else) in my directory with permisions only for me.
Is there a problem in Apache web server configuration?
