note 112493 added to migration55

In Windows 8, I am getting the following error message when I try to run PHP via the command line. The program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. ---- Server IP: 94.76.225.145 Probable Submitter: 82.163.41.103 ---- Manual Page -- http://php.net/manual/en/migration55.php Edit -- https://master.php.net/note/edit/112493 Del: integrated -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/112493/integrated Del: useless -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/112493/useless Del: bad code -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/112493/bad+code Del: spam -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/112493/spam Del: non-english -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/112493/non-english Del: in docs -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/112493/in+docs Del: other reasons-- https://master.php.net/note/delete/112493 Reject -- https://master.php.net/note/reject/112493 Search -- https://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
