hello I have a problem for the generation of image thumbnails pluguin through the video embed and thumbnail generator, when I want to enable thumbnail image I get the following message: "EXEC PHP is disabled in settings. You can embed existing video, but video thumbnail generation and Mobile/HTML5 video encoding will not work. Contact your System Administrator to find out if you can enable EXEC" I spoke with the creator of the plugin and I said: "Just like the error message says, your server has the EXEC PHP function disabled. Sometimes EXEC is disabled for security reasons and cannot be enabled. I have no ability to tell you how to enable EXEC on your server because I don’t know why it is disabled. If you can enable EXEC and you have FFMPEG installed on your server then you can make thumbnails. Most shared hosts don’t allow you to install FFMPEG". Any idea or solution to fix this problem, because what I want is to embed video but leaving the thumbnails.
