Please be mindful, that if you plan on re-configuring / recompiling to add --enable-memory-limit
support, you may need to run a 'make clean' before you run 'make'. Otherwise,
you may end up with a phpinfo() that shows up with --enable-memory-limit as a configure parameter,
but the memory_get_usage() function will still force a fatal error.
