Another inconsistency between versions:
<?php
print date('Y-m-d H:i:s', strtotime('today')) . "\n";
print date('Y-m-d H:i:s', strtotime('now')) . "\n";
?>
In PHP 4.4.6, "today" and "now" are identical, meaning the current timestamp.
In PHP 5.1.4, "today" means midnight today, and "now" means the current
timestamp.
