To repeat a note by wschalle at gmail dot com on page http://www.php.net/manual/en/book.enchant.php The enchant library does not work unless libenchant_myspell.dll and libenchant_ispell.dll are placed in [PHP]\lib\enchant from PHP 5.4.13.
