strtoupper() function works well when in need for converting all the strings to Upper case. But when it comes to convert all the special characters available in this world, it doesn't works properly. It just skips all those special characters as the lower case (as it entered) and goes to the next character. But it's good to work as a combination with strtr() function, as it works as the way I want. Try it.
