Compiling the Apache module with Oracle 8 support, the default configure will generate a makefile
that misses the oracle library 'libclient.a' so a bunch of function names aren't
resolved at link time. Adding '-lclient' to the link line in "apache_1.3.x/src"
fixes that up good.
