When you configure the PHP3 using an .htaccess file make sure you use the Apache style for the
directives. Here's an example comparing the PHP3.ini directive with it's corrosponding
Apache directive.
[PHP3.ini]
include_path = .:/usr/websites/etc
[Apache]
php3_include_path ".:/usr/websites/etc"
The real differnece that the documentation misses is that under Apache you have to drop the
'=' and use quotation marks (atleast for string).
