here is one solution to calculate PHP_INT_SIZE, PHP_INT_MAX and PHP_INT_MIN :
<?php
define('PHP_INT_SIZE',4+4*!!(255<<63));
define('PHP_INT_MIN', 255<<(PHP_INT_SIZE*8)-1);
define('PHP_INT_MAX',~PHP_INT_MIN);
?>
PHP_INT_MAX and PHP_INT_SIZE are not a must to define, if your system already has support for them.
