Example regarding the condition at the end of the loop and continue:
<?php
$i = 0;
do {
printf('%d ', $i);
continue;
} while( ++$i < 10);
// Output: 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
?>
It gets executed all the time regardless that continue is placed before the while() statement. That
does not get skipped.
