I made a password generator with this function...

$passlength = 8;
$pass = "";
$i = 0;
while($i <= $passlength)
{
$pass .= chr(rand(33,126));
$i++;
}
echo $pass;
?>
Ofcourse you can change passlength.
Example of an 8-char password:
AFJ\)t'u}
I realise it isn't compatible for all sites, but most will accept :)
