php://input allows you to read raw POST data. It is a less memory intensive alternative to
$HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA and does not need any special php.ini directives.
Example use:
$httprawpostdata = file_get_contents("php://input");
When reading a base64 encoded stream using php://input, be aware that you do not need to decode it,
it will automatically be done for you.
