For those of you having problems with caching, PHP4 (when compiled with session support) adds four
headers to all responses! Pragma, Cache-Control, Last-Modified, and Expires. While the session
functions can control these, there is now way to let the browser perform caching on it's own.
If you want to change this, just change the following lines in ext/session/session.c and then
recompile.
