Got IE to only ask to save once when using headers like this...
header("Content-Type: doesn/matter\r\n");
header("Content-Disposition: filename=filename.ext\r\n\r\n");
header("Content-Transfer-Encoding: binary\r\n");
Not actually putting 'atachment' in the Disposition line seems to work better :/ Go
figure...
