You cannot use a reserved word as a bind variable.Otherwise you'll get "OCIStmtExecute:
ORA-01745: invalid host/bind variable name". So, while "RETURNING ROWID INTO :RowId"
may be nice, it'll cause an error, as will "RETURNING ROWID INTO :SELECT", etc.
