--Incompatibility between HTTP/1.0 and /1.1--
something like:
header("Content-Type: application/pdf\n");
works fine with 1.0 but not with 1.1(at least in my case)
Try instead:
header("Content-Type: application/pdf");
even if you want to send more than one
header-line. \r makes same trouble.
Also:
squid seems to rewrite headers. In my case the proxy downgraded them from 1.1 to 1.0, which
is fun while debugging.
