Please note that using
eval( 'return TRUE;?>' . $sPhpCode );
is not safe to check if syntax is correct... as this will procuce a fatal error (uncatchable)....
eval( 'return TRUE;?><?php empty( function($var) ); ?>' );
using empty() on a non-pure variable will produce a
compilation error!
