note 114472 rejected from function.get-browser by levim

Note Submitter: aukunulala at gmail dot com ---- hello I have a problem when change php.ini for browscap.ini ...... I used wamp and automatically install apache and php then I download browscap.ini and change php.ini and in the zone [browscap] I put browscap = "f:/wamp/bin/php/php5.4.16/extra/browscap.ini" And work it very well. But I need openssl and in wamp don't work this module then I desintall the wamp and then install apache and php --> php work it but when i changed php.ini and put the line in zone [browscap] browscap = "f:/php/extras/browscap.ini" when i put the get_browser(null,true) don't find this function and send error Warning: get_browser() [function.get-browser]: browscap ini directive not set in .... Plese i need know because in wamp work it and then when i install apache and php don't work. I checked the routes are well placed. Please I need help
