For those of you running Apache with Q-Mail (only setup i've tested this on) who's mail()
function is running slow (Eg takes like 6 seconds to load a page) add this to your PHP.ini file
sendmail_path = /usr/lib/sendmail -t -f youremail@yourdomain.com
(yes i know this was in a previous comment, but it didn't say it applied to my problem)
For some reason, mail() on one of my domains was acting extremely sluggish (but not on others on the
same server). By adding this, everything cleared up. Why? I don't know but it did.
