To converts from TAI64N timestamps to human-readable format, usage:
$tai_source=
cat /var/log/qmail/current | /usr/local/bin/tai64nlocal;
$tai_var=explode("\n",$tai_source);
Return an array with the following values: (one value per line, obviously!)
