note 115049 added to install.windows.apache2

I need some helkp please with trying to install php version 5.6 beta and the apache server 2.4. This is the error message which I consistently get every time that I try to start apache : "c:\Program Files\Apache24\bin>httpd httpd: Syntax error on line 176 of C:/Program Files/Apache24/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load c:/php/php5apache2_4.dll into server: The specified module could not be found."
