I am using xampp on windows. my site files are on c:/xampp/htdocs/myproject but here I want to access files inside my Program Files folder. I am using Red5 server to record live streams, those recorded videos are on C:/Program Files/Red5/webapps/oflaDemo/streams Now when I copy file from streams folder to myproject folder , I can link to it, but I cant access streams folder, because that is outside htdocs and xampp folder. I need help on how to access files outside htdocs in an anchor tag. so it should look like <a href="C:/Program%20Files/Red5/webapps/oflaDemo/streams/hobbit_vp6.flv">my recorded video</a> and it should work properly.
