Hi, to install it on Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS
sudo apt-get install php5-curl
The system should recommend to install the others packages:
libcurl3 7.22.0-3ubuntu4.8
php5-curl 5.3.10-1ubuntu3.12
Then restart your apache and FPM if you have it
service apache2 restart
service php5-fpm restart
