note 115572 added to function.date

NOTE: I TRIED TO SUBMIT A BUG REPORT...BUT THE BUG REPORTING FORM HAD A BUG!!!!! SERIOUSLY. It asked me which php version and the ONLY version available was "earlier", which made it impossible to send the form because it wouldnt let me! If you delete this, please copy and paste the text first and send it to the developer, as I tried several times and it did not work. Thank you. RE: THERE IS A BIG "TYPO" IN THIS PLUGIN THAT MAKES IT UNUSABLE TO NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKERS. Hi, I LOVE your plugin for how easy and correct it is..however as a native English speaker I immediately noticed a MAJOR ERROR in the format, which makes it unusable to anybody who cares about that...which is everybody who is a native English speaker. Luckily it's really easy to fix! So, when it is on default the date format is currently this: Monday, August, 18,th 2014 The comma after the 18 is WRONG...and looks like a big old TYPO. Here is how it SHOULD look: Monday, August 18th, 2014 the "th" is right after the number. NOTE: I JUST REALIZED THERE ARE 2 WRONG COMMAS. There should NOT be a comma after August either! You could also just make it easier on yourself and just have the number, without the endings, which is actually considered even MORE correct: Monday, August 18, 2014.
