Just because i found that on Google instead of on official PHP documentation:
The syntax of the longopts array is the following
"option" for an opt without argument
"option=" for an opt with a required argument
"option==" for an opt that may have an argument or not
So for example
$longopts = array("no_argument", "required_argument=",
"optional_argument==");
