I couldn't find good documentation for retrieving table output parameter from sql server stored
procedures into PHP variable, despite trying to get hold of it for days. Even books on PHP
don't clearly mention the syntax for retrieving output table parameters from stored procedures
in sql-server. Some folks in online forums mentioned that this could be a bug. It would be great if
you could provide directions and help on this one.
