note 118641 added to opcache.installation

Hello, hope someone can help me with zend opcache (v 7.0.5). This is my configuration : server with debian 6, ispconfig, php 5.3 with suexec and fast cgi. After installing zend opcache and checking with php -v, I have no error and it tells me that opcache is installed.
