Can somebody explain me, why it behaves like this?

$a = (0.1 + 0.2) * 10;
echo $a;
// Output: "3"
echo round($a);
// Output: "3"
echo round($a)==$a ? "true" : "false";
// Output: "false"
// WHAT?!
?>
