On Windows, PHP5.3+ has "mcrypt" builtin.
But, this always occurrs: 'mcrypt_module_open(): Could not open encryption module in '
The algorithmns/mode are listed both by function and phpinfo().
But Where are they? There is no '/usr/lib/', nor is 'libmcrypt.dll' in the PHP
archive.
