I am not sure if this was my programming mistake, but is Error an keyword in
PHP 7 ? I have had a PHP class in my library, built over a decade ago and it has worked.
Class's name is Error and I havent seen any problems with it before,
until now that I upgraded to PHP 7 and this class started showing
errors like my program pointed to Error::stop which did not exist,
but yes it did and worked. When I changed the name of class
(and var $CLASS_NAME) it started working. So I am good now, but
would advice others to avoid using Error as name in code.
