I am wanting to use a php file to generate a changelog for my modpack's changelog for this mod.

The purpose of generating it is to let players know about the changes between the old and new
version in-game.
I would like to include a plain text file (based on a get var) as part of the plain text sent to the
client.
Will it work the way I want it to?
