Beware, there seem to be quite a few entities that are incorrect in the table. As of 7.0.2
"´" erroneously returns the symbol for "Â". It should be a
back tick ´, but it's returning a fancy Ã.
html_entity_decode( "´", ENT_COMPAT, 'UTF-8' );
Might be better to use str_replace with a correct table. Pretty easy to make one from this:
