An observation about safe_mode and mail()
It looks like multiple \r\n's are replaced by a single \r\n inside the string passed to
"additional_headers". I can only re-produce this on a box running with safe_mode enabled.
If (for some reason) your script crafts the entire email message in the headers, this will most
likely produce a blank email on safe_mode boxes (like this script I've been trying to get
working).
