ie11 and php 7 issue include_once()
look at my webpage using ie11; itibetan.org. it is gibberish because I use two include files called
header.in and footer.inc.
However if i change header.inc to header.htm with remaining html codes in one file it works fine.
is it php or ie 11 issue; it works fine in ie9;
