One should not confuse the non bracketed syntax (with a semi column at the end of the namespace
statements) and the bracketed syntax (with no semi colums). Adding brackets after namespace
statements with a semi column is NOT the bracketed syntax. It is only the "non bracketed"
syntax with useless brackets. In particular, the only way to mix namespaces with the unnamed space
within a same file is to use the true non bracketed syntax (with no semi column). As rightfully
pointed out by others, in the true bracketed syntax, the use statements must be withing the
brackets.
