I had a problem with PHP 5.2.0 (cli) (winXP) that no output was printed when I tried to run any
file. Using the -n switch solved the problem.
Apparently the interpreter can't always find php.ini, even though both exist in the same folder
and the PATH variable is set correctly. No error messages were printed either.
