Symptoms:
MySQL is enabled in php.ini, console run of phpinfo() shows that MySQL is enabled, phpinfo() under
IIS shows no MySQL.
Solution:
For 32-bit Windows - copy libmysql.dll to WINDOWS\System32\ directory.
For 64-bit Windows, when IIS is running 32-bit application pool, instead of copying libmysql.dll to
WINDOWS\System32\ directory, copy it to WINDOWS\SysWOW64\ directory.
